Finding Wonderland

Alice Darling is a sixteen year old girl with pain and loss that caused her to grow up too quickly with no imagination.
She wakes up one day to find herself not in her bed in London, but in a place called Wonderland, where rabbits talk and tiny people with wings are friends of humans.
She will meet Peter, the careless red headed seventeen year old who will soften her heart to childlike wonder and even love. She will grow in courage and imagination as she grows fond of the eccentric, (also redheaded) insane mind of the Mad Hatter.
Alice has entered a world of madness, child like joy, and deep sorrow of lost time. But this isn't what she wanted or planned. She just wanted to be home. But how can she get there if nobody knows an exit from Wonderland?
