Takina Inoue recklessly fired at arms dealers to save a colleague that was taken hostage, putting her fellow Lycoris agents at risk, and thus was thrown out of Direct Attack and transferred to Café LycoReco as punishment. 
        
Seiji Kawashima, a runaway/wanderer who rose up to become the protege of the Dragon of Dojima himself, Kazuma Kiryu, would be sent out along with reformed ex-yakuza Takeshi Kido, to Asakusa to safeguard Café LycoReco at the owner's request.
        
They, along with Seiji's brother-in-arms, Yuya Dojima, and a young hacker by the name of Minato, will get themselves involved in the various operations and daily activities of the employees of Café LycoReco, while also carrying out their own mission of preventing the resurrection of the corruption gang known as JUSTIS.
