The Boy She Saw in the Hospital
"Death isn't just one thing that happens and is over with. That description fits life more. Death is eternal. I mean that's how I view it. Death brings joy and pain. Elizabeth has a very mundane boring life but sometimes she needs to vent about anything and everything. The only relief she finds is by writing it down. So this is her life. This is her diary. Her Conscience
Star is a different type of girl. Ever since she got detached from her divorced, emotionally unavailable parents, she's been filling up her quiet, lonely world with music and dancing. She's practically a musical prodigy at 16 and music can't possibly be taken away from her. The only people she's ever been really close to are her psycho, over enthusiastic bff's. They're the only people she can tolerate anyway. That's until one fateful day when she meets a cocky, narcissistic, though really cute guy at her favourite fro yo shop who gets under her skin for just being himself. She absolutely detests guys like him. Absolutely gorgeous, frustratingly charming, cocky as hell and shockingly talented at music. That's right. Star discovers that this seemingly unbearable guy loves music almost as much as she does and just that single fact makes her heart soften a little so she lets her guard down for just a tiny bit. But after that one moment that she decides to let it down, she realises that she can't get it back up again. Silence
No one notices. No one cares. No one asks. ... I'm just a normal girl. School is getting on my nerves most of the time, but that's normal. I don't have a lot of friends like everyone else. I guess I'm living a life like everyone else. Everone else also thinks that. They think im a normal girl living a normal life having friends and a great family. But in reality, I just try to survive. I try not to drown. I try not to lose the fight I have within myself. I fight every day. With myself and, more importantly, with the most important people in my life. Coming out
Well one of my good friends suggested I wrote a story or little biographical piece of my journey, experiences and feeling throughout the whole process of 'coming out'. I will also speak about all the feelings I felt and when I actually realized I was gay and how I've felt emotionally and how I've grown to this very day. Hi, my name is Mia, I am 17 years old and still currently in that dreadful thing called school. When I was about 11 years my parents, my sister and I were In a car crash and my sister and I were the only ones that survived sadly. My sisters name is Taylor and she is 21, she is engaged to a guy named Damen, he is very sweet. So when they get married I will be moving in with them but for now Taylor and I live with my parents's best friends, Lilly and Jake. They have looked after us ever since my parents died. I go to school like every ordinary child but ever since my parents have died, everyone treats me like I have a disability and that I'm special, but not in that kind of good way, it gets annoying sometimes. Mostly just the teachers take pity on me but not the students that's for sure. But then there's the people at my school that bully me, and that's the majority of them, I have one friend and she has been my friend forever her name is Rosie, she is more on the wild side of life and there is never a dull time in her life.
