After the fall of the Enclave's presence in the Capital Wasteland and being beaten back twice, the remnants of the East Coast Enclave had to scatter, surrender or fight a losing war. And among those who fled the Capitol was Squad Phantoka, who fled far north, far from the reach of the Brotherhood or anyone who posed a threat to them. 
    Now wandering the ruins of America to find a place to call home, they'll travel to places once rumored or made mere myth. These men must brave troubles, their past mistakes and choices.
    
    (You guys found it weird that there wasn't any Enclave that didn't flee the Capitol Wasteland after Adams AFB and fled anywhere? Or even some fled to Boston? Well, that's where I come in.)All Rights Reserved
