This is my take on what if Anakin left the Order with Ahsoka. I own nothing except my own added characters and the plot line.
Anakin Skywalker couldn't stay with the jedi. Not after them betraying his sister and then promptly acting as if no harm had been done. The Force was calling him since Mortis to leave, and this move was the last straw.
Both Anakin and Ahsoka disappear from the galaxy, assumed to be dead as they were both wanted by the Separatists. However, when a mysterious force takes on not only slave markets but also mercy missions all over, the jedi go to investigate.
None of them knew what they were truly getting themselves into. Due to a singular difference in the Clone Wars, a chain reaction has been made.
One decision. One choice made by the Chosen One altered the fate of the galaxy forever.

Demons [a. s II]
It was said before...dark times approach as the sun and the moon go by, and it was true. Everyone that could, as well as everyone that couldn't, were able to feel it somehow. That darkness felt like a knot in the throat, a tickle in the pit of the stomach, a shiver in the bones...and it felt closer. The Clone Wars continued to escalate and they seemed to have no end, our heroes grew tired everyday and wondered if this could be called "a life" anymore; their happiness seemed to last merely seconds, specially since the team no longer is what it once was. However, not everything is sadness, not everything is sorrow. There's also love, there's also happiness, and most importantly, there's hope. Hope that everything will get better, hope that there could be a bright future for the Galaxy and it's inhabitants. The questions that remained were if this light could defeat the darkness, if good could overcome evil, if people could remain happy, if love was really the strongest power, if angels could turn into demons and if those angels could defeat demons or if demons could turn back into angels. There's only one way to find out, by travelling through the second part of this story. We'll watch the Battle of the Heroes, we'll listen to the Duel of the Fates and we'll see if there's a New Hope. We'll see if good prevails or if it is defeated by the shadows once and for all. We all know Anakin and Ahsoka had a strong bond during the Clone Wars. But, what if they had a stronger one, keeping Anakin from falling to the Dark side, and Ahsoka from leaving the Order? And what if the Council allowed Jedi to have attachments to one person, the one the Force wills? This story starts with Anakin and Ahsoka when they are ages nine and four. The children quickly find themselves with a signature bond, and the Jedi Temple starts changing. Why? The force is bonding people left and right, and the council can't do much about it. Mutual Feelings

The Adventures of Ahsoka Tano
Takes place after Ahsoka leaves the order. This is my version of what should have happened when Ahsoka left. What happens when Ahsoka goes on an adventure to learn more about the force? What will she do when she is led back by the force to the Jedi Temple to stop Anakin from turning to the Darkside? Will she succeed? Can she stop Order 66 before it happens? When She Was Gone
"Your Padawan was weak, like you. So I killed her," said the Togruta, circling Anakin's interrogation chair. Anakin finally looked at her in disbelief and horror, tears in his eyes. He stared into hers, begging them to return to ocean blue. But it was no use. This girl may have looked like Ahsoka, but she was not his Padawan any longer. The Dark Side had truly taken her. ~~~ In this galaxy, Palpatine was killed in a speeder accident when he was a boy, and never rose to power. Another Dark Lord created Order 66, but was more interested in simply killing the Jedi quickly and efficiently. He wasn't looking for an apprentice. In this galaxy, Anakin never went to the Dark Side. In this galaxy, Padmé survived. In this galaxy, the Skywalker family lives together, far from harm's way, where they can raise their children in peace. In this galaxy, Ahsoka Tano has been dead for eleven years. Palpatine accidentally saves the galaxy by losing his shit when Ahsoka Tano is cleared by Barriss Offee's testimony. Ahsoka decides to stay long enough to find the Sith Lord and protect the Jedi Order from him. Through the power of friendship, character development, eventual communication, and Disaster Lineage Bullsh*t, the heroes scramble to save the day at the absolute last minute. PADME AND ANAKIN - secret love during the war
Here is a collection of moments following Anakin and Padme through the Clone Wars, all the way through Revenge of the Sith, and out the other end (!) in chronological order, I have taken artistic liberty and added my own ideas of course!
