Deportee Purgatory follows the story Of Job, an older man who has spent most of his life In the U.S. As an undocumented Immigrant.
One day, while working at his Job, Ice police arrive to arrest anyone without a green card. Knowing that everyone, including him re Illegal, Job does what any other good Samaritan might. And that is to sacrifice himself so that the others might escape.
However, unbeknownst to him, this single action has begun a domino effect of sorts.
One that intertwines his, and two African sibling's destinies.
Now, with a race against time. He must guide the children back to the U.S. Before his body gives up on him and dies.
