They came in wave higher than a tsunami. Waves of love, anger, joy and confusion. When the storm calmed relief filled within me. Little did i know there was yet another wave to come. Seems like peace is the last thing on my daily menu. Will i survive this one? Or should i just drown in the tides... The tides of my past mistakes, my past happiness and my past miseries. A best friend turned to something else. A distant past comes knocking at my door. The long forgotten tsunami resurfaces.

"I waited ages just so I could meet you again." 𖤓☽ ˚｡𖦹 ⋆｡°✩ Hands gripped my hips, and I was tugged back against a solid chest. His arm came around my waist, and his palm landed on my hip. In one swift motion, he had me secured against him. Every inch of my skin that was flushed against him heated. Even through the thin fabric of my dress and his blazer. Turning my head to look up at his face, I didn't care that my lips had parted and that my eyes probably looked hazy and a little clouded. Keeping our gazes locked, my arms lifted of their own accord, my hands linking behind his neck. Without really knowing how, my hips started moving. And we were dancing. The memory of us dancing when we were children crossed my mind. How ironic it was that we'd found ourselves in the same situation after twenty years and now that we seemed like completely different people.Complete

Have you ever met someone who alters the course of your life? For good or for bad, they've come in, given and taken, and then- BOOM! Your life was never the same.
