They say the Devil is evil incarnate, whose pride led a third of the Lord's angels to fall with him to the netherworld. He has taken the role of the Supreme Ruler of Hell and tempts even the most righteous of people to commit mortal sins.

But, in a fateful encounter, Lucifer is face-to-face with a suicidal 14-year-old tying a noose. Sensing the immense negativity from the boy, he tempts him more into doing a grim deed. However, the boy named Lucas looks up to him and stops tying the noose.

Lucifer attempts to flee, yet relents to stay because of the boy's plea. With the sickly teenager suffering from leukemia, Lucifer has to find ways to make the boy survive to tempt him to sin and punish him in hell. Yet, with future actions, circumstances, and interventions, he has tread upon an irreversible path of choosing between vice and virtue, and it will risk the lives of those he relies on.

This will be my first fanfiction, and it will be based on a controversial figure in Christianity. It will focus on Lucifer and will be influenced by opposing opinions against the Christian God. Those who are religious and cannot handle opposing beliefs, please do not read the story.
