It ain't everyday you wake up in the future, let alone the second era of human civilization. The boundless nature of time can be both fascinating and frightening, as it unwinds ceaselessly into the unknown. At times, we may find ourselves questioning our place in the grand cosmic timeline, grappling with a sense of disorientation that accompanies imagining worlds yet to come. As days turn to months and years to centuries, the inexorable march of time witnesses the blossoming and waning of nations and epochs alike. Have you ever taken a moment to ponder what it would be like to survive through such immense changes, bearing witness to both the collapse of humanity's former glory and the birth of a brave new world? The strangeness that clings to such thoughts is as tantalizing as it is terrifying, compelling us to contemplate not only our individual destinies, but also the broader fate of mankind.

Empire. At the end only Empire remains. No matter how many times you rebel Empire remains. No matter how many times you fight for your democratic Empire remains. Now bend for your emperorr. Welcome readers to my fantasy world. I have brought you something beyond the constraints of my imagination, and I wonder if many are ready for it; however, a good story must be told, and I am fortunate to be the one to tell it. Imagine a world where the vile nature of mankind creeps its ugly head as humanity faces its first and last major catastrophe. The world plunged into everlasting darkness, entrenched in chaos and disorder, where hope is a distant flitting memory. The story I propose to my fellow readers follows Anthony Verdun, who was only a boy when all he knew was taken from him in an instant. Like many others, on that day, those who survived lost a part of themselves, forever scarred by the family, friends, and loved ones they lost. Their lives changed forever; how could it not? I welcome you to join the world I have created, indulge in this hypothetical, and dive into this what-if. What that is, well, you would have to read to find out. Weekly chapter uploads, so stay vigilant. Here is the link to the community discord, where we can discuss the book further. Death of Stars

Before, when the world spun full circle and people cared about binging shows and listening to their favorite diss tracks from beefing rap stars, the thought of the end of the world was a figurative rumination that was always there but stuck in one's back of mind. How vastly naive that thinking was. The world did end. Figurative became surreal and quite literal as they came down hard and fast; aliens that are bigger than oak trees and faster than a cheetah out hunting to feed their young. They took lives, uncaring about anything except the children they could control and sank their teeth into the youth of our world to use them as slaves for their motives. What they weren't planning on was creating something they couldn't control. Sorry...not something. Someone. Me.
