It's a late night at the convenience store, Cashier standing behind his counter as he usually does. He's struggling with extreme lack of sleep and fatigue and can barely hold himself up, all while being upset that insomnia has been getting the best of him for days. Until a familiar gray friend enters the store looking for a drink. Cashier's emotional wall breaks and Dummy helps him through a nervous breakdown. And Cashier wouldn't admit it, but he's so glad to have Dummy as a friend.
Just a simple angst/comfort fic because this community really needs more of that.
