An epidemic had been ravaging the United-States, turning people into zombies. The Pines family suspect someone must have raised the dead or something like this. Dipper is stuck between helping to keep them all alive and finding a way to make people come back to normal, though it is complicated without Ford to help.
Dipper learned how to deal with zombies but suddenly doesn't know what to do with this new one.
