The forsaken world of Lothric is overflowing with undead who seek purpose where there is little to none. In an endless cycle of undead linking the first flame, only for it to slowly die out isn't a life worth living. However, some stray from the flame and try to find purpose in such a bleak world. Barely hanging onto his humanity, an undead named Alwin tries desperately to find his purpose in life and to figure out his shrouded past. In this story, Alwin will go on to meet other undead with their purposes driving them to keep going, slowly giving Alwin the dedication he needs to figure out the mysteries of his life.
