Red Hood Arkham Aftermath

After the events of the Knightfall protocol Gotham is without Batman or Bruce Wayne both walked into Wayne Manor just second before it exploded leveling the whole mansion. But even thought Batman tied up all lose ends and locked up many of Gotham's villains that night. Nothing isn't always as it seems Nightwing has decided to protect Bludhaven like his father figure protected Gotham. Barbra and Tim travel away for there honeymoon Gotham has no one left to protect her or so she thinks. There is still one child of the bat that has a watchful eye over this city as a new threat emerges breaking all the villains rounded up by Batman out of the GCPD. Can Jason Todd the Red Hood save Gotham or will the villains of that city finally have there day plunging it into darkness for good.
