It was an ordinary day on Sodor, just like any other day, but a devastating announcement was broadcast at all stations, shocking and saddening everyone. Queen Elizabeth II had passed away.
As the days passed, Sir Topham Hatt made arrangements for all his engines to see the funeral and Sir Norramby hosted a wake in her honor, where they all remembered seventy years of her rule.
