After non stop bad guys in masks, the gang go their separate ways and take different career paths in life. Fred and Daphne are doing a TV show, Scooby and Shaggy have a successful restaurant, and Velma became the Pokémon professor of Sinnoh after Professor Rowan.

But, Fred gets the gang back together as a birthday surprise for Daphne, and even brings Ash, Serena, and Goh along as well for the upcoming trip to the Baie region being taken for Daphne's show's second season in hopes of finding real ghosts or monsters. However, things get to be a bit to much when our heroes arrive on Moonscar Island and a horde of zombies rise from the grave!

However, as a surprise gift for Daphne for her birthday, Fred gets the gang back together for the scheduled trip to the Baie Region
