Tegwen Gittins would have never imagined that in just a short period of time, her life would turn from simple and mundane to one adventure after another. After being reunited with Newt Scamander in New York City, Tegwen finds herself embracing a new outlook on life. In the midst of celebrating Newt's first published book, Tegwen finds herself faced with Leta Lestrange, the woman who ruined her childhood. The tension only builds when it is announced that she is engaged to Newt's older brother, Theseus. And just when it seems like nothing more can add to the drama, news of Grindelwald's escape emerges sending the Wizarding World into a spiraling panic.
Suddenly, Newt and Tegwen are banned from international travel, putting future plans on hold, and they have no choice but to involve themselves in the unfolding events. However, even after being reunited with old friends, is it enough to escape the dangers ahead? The Wizarding World is becoming divided and everyone must choose a side.
