A pregnant woman stumbles across a farm in the apocalypse. She gives birth to a healthy baby girl and the people there grow to love her and the baby. One person in particular grows to lover her, in a different way.
Hand in hand they figure out how to steer through it all. Bumps in the road rattle the relationship, but they get over it every time, don't they?

I picked up every article of clothing as I heard the water streaming from behind the curtains. Folding her clothes near where she kept her shoes, I stripped off my clothes and stepped into the shower with her. My hands wrapped around her waist, as I stuck my face in the crook of her neck. I started to do a trail of kisses up to the back of the ear. The tension on her shoulders started to break slowly as I kissed each inch of her skin. I'd been so worried about how she is mentally doing since the death of Lori. She hadn't processed much after the little nugget was birthed. She jumped into action immediately after, coming with me to get formula, and didn't stop until we got back to our mattress. She didn't sleep much, and I followed her out as she let out what she had been holding all day. I also have been holding back something for the past couple of weeks. And I want to be able to tell her, but with everything going on, I'm not sure when it's the appropriate time. Hell, the words have never been formed in my mouth. Not even with my brother. So instead of talking verbally, I let myself speak physically. Her body turned to me, giving me a heated kiss. Allie Walsh was a peculiar child. Her head was always in the clouds at the worst of times, but she was loved by so many. At just 6 years old, her world began to crumble but she held on, pacing herself, and praying each night that she would survive happily. But, people change, and growing up surrounded by death and disease can bring out the worst in people. Some believe she went insane. Others say she was born that way. But no matter what happened to Allie Walsh, one thing is for sure, despite her peculiarities, she bled red just like everybody else. Each episode is 1 chapter, so chapter length will depend on the episode length, and also how much of that episode I can add my OC into. All chapters will be atleast 2000 words, but some may be much more than that. My OC becomes the adopted child of Maggie and glenn. Just thought I'd put that out there before anyone is wishing for a daryl daughter kinda situation. Love him but it's overdone. Sorry.

(Based on the show "The Walking Dead") Serina Rose Williams lives a very mundane and happy life. She lives with her motherly sister Lori, overprotective brother in law Rick, and adorable nephew Carl. If it were up to her, she would want to live her whole life like this, happy and close with her family. However, it would appear that life seemed to have other plans for her. for she receives news that the only brother she has in her life, Rick was shot in the line of duty , and had entered a comatose state. Heartbroken, and grief stricken, Serina is not at all prepared when the world decides to end, only three months later. With no choice, Serina has to leave the only home she's ever known, and flee the city along with her sister, nephew, and her brother in law's best friend. They set up camp and try their best to live a peaceful life whilst the world as they know it, succumb to the walking dead. Serina must accept the rules of survival in this new world, while trying to protect her family, and withholding the morals she had in her owl world. She must soon come to terms with the fact that in this new world, it's kill or be killed, something the gentle-hearted girl must overcome, before the new world ends up breaking her.
