After a tragic incident in Hemlock Grove Pennsylvania a mysterious entity takes local child Charlie Woodsmith after he had stabbed his mother to death.
A week later and soon a new family moves into the town of Hemlock Grove named the Blackwood's a mother and father and their three children two boys and one girl named Toby and Cody Blackwood and Lyra Blackwood, soon Toby 19 years old goes to Hemlock Grove High and soon makes friends with two boys named Tim, Bryan, and a girl named Kate.

Soon eventually as times passes Toby and his siblings and his friends start being haunted by said mysterious and terrifying entity known as The Slenderman.
