Lucy Heartfillia- a blonde, enthusiastic girl- is crippled. She injured one of her legs as a child. She was hospitalized since her leg grew slower than other people's. She wasn't allowed out until it was fully healed.

Six years later she rejoices as she's let out of the hospital, and she can only think of one thing.
