A woman wakes up one day and realizes that in her entire adult life, she has never put herself first. She gets lost in being an employee, mom, and wife, not knowing who she is outside of the titles. She found herself once, in her 20s, and quickly got lost again after marriage and childbirth. This is a story of her rebirth, her version of "how Stella got her groove back."
