there was a girl born with a week quirk her parents still loved her though the kids at school bullied her for having a week quirk they never did much because Fuyuko was taught martial arts at a young age she can also weald guns  she has a hero brother and a villain sister her mother is a hero and a villain father but she knew she couldn't be a hero with her quirk but she didn't want to be a villain even though the number one hero told her she could never be a hero even after she saved someone
