Prince Tsukasa Tenma had always been very proud to serve his own kingdom. He was adored and admired by his people, and he got the honour to protect them not only as their prince, but as the head of their knights force, he brought light to his kingdom, as if he was a radiant star that could never burn itself out. Presenting himself more as a friend than a higher class, he had made many friends and was grateful for every opportunity that they had given him as their prince, and friend. Prince Rui Kamishiro, on the other hand, was the polar opposite of that of the prince of light. He despised his role as a prince, constantly wanting to run away from his responsibilities to live a life with no restraints. However after an incident that had occured when he had once tried that, Rui drowned himself in the darkness of his own kingdom and began to accept his role as its ruler. He was feared by most of his kingdoms residents, and cared not for in-formalities from those who he did not share an original bond with. Perhaps all they needed was each others presence to balance their qualities? This is a Project Sekai multi-ship fantasy au fan-fiction, focusing around Ruikasa! out of nowhere everyone seems to be in a relationship. an and kohane recently came out to their group, toya has someone in mind even though he won't openly say it, Ena had her partner over last time, she didn't explicitly mentioned for them to be dating but lets be honest it was pretty obvious, kamishiro also seems to have someone in mind and tenma seems to be very close to otori lately.... but akito? he doesn't have anyone in mind. nobody has him in mind either... was he just meant to be alone after all?

It ends when the beloved returns their feelings, or when the victim dies. It can be cured through surgical removal, but when the infection is removed, the victim's romantic feelings for their love and memories also disappear. The symptoms of the disease are summarized to strong pain, having flowers blooming in the heart and lungs, and then throwing them up. The disease begins with coughing up a few petals and growing in intensity (and pain) until the victim is vomiting entire flowers, by which point the disease has entered its final stages...
