"It is not that power corrupts, but that power is a magnet to the corruptible."
...
Nathan Davis, three time All Valley Under-18 Karate Tournament winner, had it all. He had his dream job, his dream family, his dream life. But, it's as they say- all good things must come to an end. When Johnny Lawrence decides to reopen Cobra Kai, it calls back many old friends, one of which, being Nathan Davis.
And once his kids submerge themselves in the world that is karate, their lives are forever changed. Kenna would never be the girl she was before everything. It just wasn't possible. And Noah's life was positively shitty before Cobra Kai, but learning the way of the fist doesn't mean the pain just goes away. The Davis family was fine before Cobra Kai came back into their lives. However, they'd never been stronger, yet so damaged from the fallout. So only one question remains: Was it worth it?
After all, if the past isn't left in the past, it will destroy the future and retribution had yet to be carried out on those who'd wronged them.
All credit goes to the Cobra Kai franchise. I own Nathan, Kenna, Noah, Michelle, their dialogue, and a few added scenes.
