Based on the Thrice song of the same name, The Artist in the Ambulance delves into the psyche of a man who is involved in a near-fatal car crash, but is revived by a paramedic. As he lies in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, he contemplates the life he lived up to that point, and if he was really worth saving at all.

It does tell of suicide and other sensitive topics. Told in hopefully a respectful way. The idea was for this to help me sort through my past and help my present state of mind. Only an experiment worthy of being called a 'Test Subject'. Now Wake Up. It was only a dream, wasn't it? You can still trust the ones you believe, you don't have to face the truth yet. However, it has grown and changed as I have. This book was birthed from my not-so-short social media posts.
