Based on the Thrice song of the same name, The Artist in the Ambulance delves into the psyche of a man who is involved in a near-fatal car crash, but is revived by a paramedic. As he lies in the ambulance on the way to the hospital, he contemplates the life he lived up to that point, and if he was really worth saving at all.
