A group of six friends go for a weekend holiday to celebrate the end of three years of college. They were all vividly different, but shared an unbreachable bond that was infamous and enviable. 
However, when one of them is found dead the following day, the picture starts to shift in its frame.  The murder was brutal and grotesque. A young investigating cop suddenly finds himself uncovering a new landmine of secrets everyday. Turns out, the victim, and everyone in their life have secrets they must guard with their life.

Summertime is for soaring around and hanging your school bags in the closet. My buddies and I were eager for this relaxation to help forget the tragedy of a previous friend's murder case. Despite the challenges of life, we make an effort to persevere. Coming out leaves a lasting impact on me as Dustin takes down the crucifix over his bed. Around the time when Beth is blossoming from her shell, Carson develops a new addiction. Finally, Mandy's family life keeps deteriorating. This is more than even Phineaus and Ferb accomplished in a single summer! But regrettably, everything would go south. From the splattering of my consciousness with fuzzy portions of my day and the skin crawling appearances of mysterious notes. To boyfriends who associate with the wrong people, put on tough exteriors to feel validated inside, and even obstruct the assimilation of a harmful figure's intentions. When they left me for dead my eyes began to droop and the last thing I saw through fuzzy tunnel-like sight was a man running towards me before one final rattling breath coursed through my broken body and my heart stopped beating.

It wasn't very difficult to plan out my first victim. I watched them all day, studied their movements, listened to their conversations, and watched them fall asleep. The funny thing about it was that I was just a few feet away from them. But how could they have known? Why would they have to be scared for their lives when they were oblivious to how fast I could end them? When all goes wrong, nothing else can go right. A last week school field trip could cost you your life. But why think that way when the trip has yet to begin. When a group of five friends go on a school field trip to the woods, things seem normal until one of them goes missing.
