Varian is given a mysterious journal for their birthday, which holds information about "Demanitus's Seven Trials". Varian decides to go on a journey around the seven kingdoms to complete the trials themself- For both him and his mom.
He meets several friends- and enemies- along the way, and many new questions are brought to light.

This is a project I originally started in like.. 7th grade and I've re-written and re-written it over and over again and I'm publishing this now in hopes of it being the final version of the story. I'm not done yet and updates might be irregular, but I got a whole bunch of stuff on my plate next to this, I hope if you do give it a read, you still enjoy it. They say write about what you know, and this is sort of that, a little. My two main characters, Wylie and Elias, going over their days as trans guys in middle school; Wylie playing pretend that he's a cis-guy who has not yet hit puberty, and Elias, who's openly trans at his new school, even though he's been mentally scarred by his outings before. Elias is aroace and has depression; Wylie falls from one crush into the next and has severe trust issues and self esteem problems. The two of them have been, as mentioned, my projects for a longer time now, and I think I've got them right this time. From chapter 6+, it's my own work. --- Hugo and Varian are dating, when suddenly Hugo wakes up in the middle of the night to Varian floating and glowing - a sight he had only seen once before, when he got possessed by Ulla. Being worried, he tells Varian when he wakes up. They decide they need to go free Ulla, properly this time. But who will they encounter? And what if Varian can't be saved? All of these thoughts race through Hugo's mind as he plans to propose to Varian. Doubt races his mind, as what if Varian says no? And Varian is also worried, what if he levitates again? And Hugo seems to be acting weird, but Varian can't help. He loves the blonde, and is worried for him. On their way to Tonitrua, they struggle to decide if it's worth it. What else might happen to them?
