Sweet Child O' Mine - Eddie Munson & Y/N
Y/N Harrington graduated high school at 18 with the intention of moving to the city to peruse a life of music. The plan was always meant to include her boyfriend, Eddie Munson, so she waited and waited for him to graduate after being repeatedly failed. Eventually, right before Eddie went into his third attempt in the summer of '85, she couldn't wait anymore and made the hard decision to end things with Eddie and go it alone which left him crushed. Finding out she was pregnant at 20 and right upon her arrival in Indianapolis was another huge bump in her plans for the future, even more so since she couldn't bring herself to tell the guy who's heart she shattered, making her own brother, Steve, swear to keep her secret too. Fast forward to Christmas 1989 and Y/N Harrington is returning home for the holidays for the first time since her now 3-year-old daughter, Juno, was born. Faced with the prospect of running into Eddie in a small town where nobody else knows he's the father of her child, it's gonna take another Christmas miracle to get through this holiday. - I was writing this as an EM short for my Imagines book but had too much fun writing it. They're sneaking around behind Dustin's back. She taught Dustin everything he knows about D&D and fantasy. She used to be the cool sister, the protector, the one with the plan. Now? She's the secret.
