After moving to the Splatlands a week after it opened, an octoling named Jericho decided to lives there and away from his hard past. One day, he needs to pay the rent for his apartment in the Avenue. He was skilled in battle, no doubt with the undercover umrbella of his. After a match, he's been asked to help steal the Great Zapfish for an unknown reason. Before he agrees to do it, there's only one problem--an octoling known as Pierce, whose species is the most dangerous, guards it. Jericho has been offered to be paid that can last him a lifetime, but after bumping into Pierce, Jericho becomes curious about what the solitary octoling is like.
