everyone is able to see only their angle meaning others can't see another person's angle, although angles can see one another.
angles will be able to visit heaven any time they want.
the mortals are stuck with the angles until death.
angles are given rules when they go to earth, if they don't follow these rules[and the main-guardian finds out] then that angle will become a mortal and be bonded with their human or will be sent to become an devil.

Eventually, that becomes the norm. Bakugo and Midoriya CAN cooperate in lessons now, so the teachers say nothing.
