"And now you're given that chance. You can be amongst those legendary dragons, proving yourself. I can make your dream come true, if you come with me. There'll be no backing out from this."

The Leaf War has been going on for decades, long before Ivory even hatched. Ivory doesn't know much about the war, and she try to live her daily life without thinking about it. But when she is recruited on a dangerous mission to stop the Dorva, Ivory must fight for the future of her continent.

Ivory has always tried to live her life normally despite the ongoing war. She's an Ascension, like many others, hiding from the Dorva to avoid being a victim of their poison. When she's given a chance to save the continent she loves and change her destiny, Ivory must leave her normal, peaceful life behind to stop the Dorva.

Her life is changed, as she is now involved in a war that has lasted for generations. The world has evolved, dangers are rising, and Ivory must learn her full potential if she wants to protect her continent, and maybe... her future.

'The largest egg in mountain high, will give to you the wings of sky.' We all know how the SkyWing egg was lost right? Well, in this world, what if the SkyWing egg didn't shatter? What if the dragonet inside it actually survived? What if the SkyWing was hidden in a deep pit with only a sick IceWing guardian to take care of? After ten years, when the war of the SandWing Succession has finally come to a glorious ending and the Eye of Onyx has crowned Thorn as their new SandWing queen, Soaren, the surviving SkyWing, has been having trouble living in the pit for ten years all his life. He wanted to see the world. He wanted the sun to finally touch his scales. He wanted to spread his wings freely. His very, very large wings. When his IceWing guardian was about to die of SandWing venom, Soaren was determined to save him by travelling to the Rainforest, where he heard he could retrieve the cure for the venom. It would have been easier than going to the Sand Kingdom. But as Soaren flies through his journey, he meets a peculiar dragon as he passes the Sea Kingdom and some interesting dragons while he stays in the Rainforest. However, a strange occurrence happened at Jade Mountain. He and a few friends try to solve the mystery, gathering up all the clues while the SkyWing wonders if he should go back to his guardian. Soaren had hid his true identity as the 'lost' SkyWing, but he needs to eventually open up. With the NightWings in the Rainforest, more mind readers will be born and they'll find out who he is. But worst of all, he'll have to face something far more terrible than anyone could have imagined... Disclaimer: I do not own any of these characters from the best book series in the world, they are the characters of the great and magnificent Tui T. Sutherland. The only characters I own are my OCs. P.S I give full credit to my awesome fanfiction writer friend for coming up with this fanfiction and credit to Book-dragon-Wof who helped with ideas.

Freydis can't remember which island she originated from. She can't remember her family name. She can't recall the last time she slept peacefully. ...She was too young when the raiders stole her away - from her family, her life, her future, her home. Freydis was beaten down and preyed upon for so many years. She was their slave. She believed there was no good left in the world. Then 7 years after she was taken, a legendary dragon appeared. Black as night and jade green eyes in slits like a cat, the dragon attacked without mercy and faster than you could blink. All that was left in its wake was destruction. The only warning of attack was a quiet but sharp whistle. This dragon found Freydis in the wreckage it created. She thought that was it - she would die. Then it did something she never expected. The slits in his eyes relaxed into orbs, and he nudged her to get up with a purr in the back of his throat. He could smell her injuries and her fear, and he wanted her to get up and keep moving. Suffice it to say, Freydis and that black dragon became friends. He cared for her, and she had his back. That is, until they were shot out of the sky by a stupid Viking-want-to-be. Oh, and forgot to mention she has ice powers she can't control. Thank you, gods of Asgard. Note the sarcasm. ❅ Highest Rankings: #3 gronckle #4 icepowers [Follows HTTYD1 - RTTE Season 2] [Book 1 of the Fire and Ice Saga] I DO NOT OWN HOW TO TRAIN YOUR DRAGON, only Freydis and her plot line, along with additional storyline that takes place. Please Note: This is not an Elsa fanfiction. Her image is only to help provide an illustration of Freydis. I plan to draw my vision of Freydis when I have time. The image of Elsa is a good alternative until then.
