An Alternate Universe

Harvey, a twelve-year-old boy, is the son of the two busiest parents, Queen Aliza and King Williams. He has no one and nothing, so, one day as his mother abandons him again, he strolls through his city at night. Where he then encountered, Franklyn.

The Queen has a project and when the Silver Duo finds out what it is, they try to break it as much as they can. Until one of them dies.
