While Beverly Frazier tried her best to recover from the previous traumatizing situations at St: Nicolai Psychiatric Hospital, her friends and colleagues started worrying about her even more. Her mentality was unstable after everything she had been through, and there was no one she could talk to about it.

While her old habits became present, she nearly drowned in her depression of loneliness. The only thing she was longing for was to feel like herself again, and she refused the fact that the only thing that could help her with that, was to experience the addictive adrenaline rush from the lunatic inmate inside cellar number 401 again.
