When Phil has to go away for a while to mourn his uncles death, Dan is taken in by the government.
Dan was adopted by Steve and Carly Howell. They took him back to America where they lived, leaving everything Dan knows.
Now 10 years later and after his parents passing Dan is back.
Except this time he's not leaving. That's when he runs into Prince Philip at a local coffee shop.
