His mother convinces him to go to Auradon Prep so he can make some friends before he is to be crowned King Ocean of Tirulia and Atlantica. He would still be going to Auradon and his parents will be the regent, urgent stuff being sent to him at the school, until he graduates that year. There, he meets a beautiful boy with long brown hair. And he might fall in love. As well as get into trouble. I believe that you'll like it. Once again, only Ocean is my character. Do not give me any credit, this is Disney's with a fanfiction plot-twist. His parents are a pirate and a witch. She seduced one of them and gave birth to Ocean to him on the Isle. Neither of them wanted him so another guy took him in, raising him but never giving him food, so he had to fight for it.
