Constant break-ins and shortage of money.

Prisoners. Lab rats, even. Locked up for months and months just to be tested on. Not even the scientist wanted it to be this way. No one LIKES their ruler. Not any of the assistants. No one.

He's felt like this for that few years of his life, and he's grown tired of it. Everyone in Hotel OJ hates Balloon, just because he tried to manipulate his team.
