Shard has lived like there was no tomorrow as far as she could remember being self-concious. Responsible for the lives of people she barely knew yet held dearly, she helped because she knew that she held power that none of the others had and the thought of the voices guiding her was tucked in the back of her mind.

In a moment of a bright door suddenly opening, there are others who are hindering her from taking the chance to let go of the weight on her shoulders. Pinning her down and taking an attempt in her life. The voices- the spirits took over in her moment of weakness.

Now running away into the forest, the truth about her past and the different possibility of her "now" surfaces to come into light.

Leading to a wild goose chase, as she tries to shake away the hunters in her track.

The tale of a young slave girl entangling herself with the blessing of her spiritual bloodline. It is her journey of finding her peace and see through the mask of her world.
