Adeline is a freshman when she first sees Matt in the hallways. She has heard lots about him but never met him. There in that moment she though what are the chances of meeting him in a big school as Willard High School. Then to her surprise the next year they have chemistry together and start talking and become really close friends. While getting to know him she accidentally falls for him but knows it will never happen since he has a gf. Than his girlfriend breaks up with him and he is sad and broken. She knows she should stay away but she does not because she thinks if she is there that he will notice her. She consoles him and is there when ever he needs her. She has fallen in love with him and thinks she can make him see that the type or girl he has been searching for is in i front of him. She thinks she can make him open his eyes . Will she realize he is a lost cause and that she is his fallback girl before its to late or will he wake up and smell the roses.
