Melissa White's Fire

Melissa White knew who she was. A girl from a poor family, who was rich when it came to love. Though life growing up was hard, nothing would prepare her for the challenges that she would face after her mom passes away. First, she is taken away from her drunk but loving father, who she finds out was never really her father, and is thrust into the world of a rich women who claims to be her birth mother. A teen pregnancy, eventual rock star baby daddy and a couple of brothers who don't know their mother is actually a witch later and Melissa finds herself, on her 5000th birthday, in a bittersweet life in the big city raising the one son she was given custody of in a one-bedroom apartment she is barely making rent on. Only to have her life turned upside down again when, since she's of age now, she is thrust into a new role as The Lost Princess of Powers. With an overly hardened Queen of a grandmother, twin sons who couldn't be more different, a baby daddy who suddenly wants back into Melissa's life, royal aides who hate that Melissa is to be queen even more than she does and an infant niece who is way too smart for her (and her parents) own good, what's a witch to do? This spit timeline story aims to be as down to earth as it is funny.
