Even with the fact she had to sneak blood from animals, her magic outbursts or how she turned into a wolf on her 15th birthday which was on a full moon. She denied it and kept it from her family. The Stackhouse girls left for the airport to Dallas Texas to help Eric Northman with his plan. Iris helped because she felt a strong bond towards him. Not romantically but as if he was a father figure she always wanted. Little did she know her friends followed her. Damon, Stefan, Tyler, Elena, Bonnie and Caroline in the back of the plane. She tried to hide the true her but Tyler's words echo her mind. Your not normal, that is ok, neither are any of us in mystic falls. Being normal is so lame anyways. Embrace the true you.
