The Liquid Tree

Eliza Perell is a young girl with a penchant for adventure. Her best friend Grace is the same way and the two swiftly became the best of friends.
Their favorite spot in the woods was one that no one else had discovered--or so they thought.
One day, Grace decided to venture on her own, Eliza absent from her side. When the next day arrives and Grace is no where to be found, everyone assumes the worse and years later, her death becomes the only explanation for her disappearance.
However, Eliza doesn't believe what everyone else does and for five years, her search does not falter.
The spot where they most frequented becomes her crime scene, and the Liquid Tree becomes the prime suspect.
