Keith came around from the driver's side wearing a floppy bucket hat and dropped a matching hat onto Lance's head.
"Now I'm ready to hit the water," Lance said, nodding seriously.
"It's a disguise, not a fashion statement," Keith said with a roll of his eyes.
"Great point. I rarely if ever see terrorists on the news donning bucket hats."
"Precisely."

When Lance's special ops platoon is ambushed on a mission gone wrong and people around him start dying one by one in what appears to be a frightening government conspiracy aimed at silencing him forever, Lance decides to pursue vengeance. Keith, as would any good friend, is happy to tag along.

Forgotten
Earth is saved from the Galra, and the Paladins of Voltron are the heroes of the Galaxy Garrison, well all except for Keith. He'd been kicked out before the war, and they didn't want him back. He's alone again. Lance, Pidge, and Hunk are employed by the Garrison, Shiro leads missions off world, Allura and Coran are establishing a new world for the Alteans who'd survived, and the Blade don't need him. Keith works in a coffee shop and gets by the best he can, on the little money he earns. This story is loosely based on the paladins of Voltron. I have not watched all the seasons and have changed the backstory of some characters. I do not own any of the characters in this story, and I do not own any of the artwork. There is smut, swearing, talk of rape, and self-harm in the story. I will not be putting disclaimers at the beginning of the chapters, so if you don't want to read it, move on to another story. Keith lives in a world where love is judged by a simple locket that hangs around humanities neck. Damaged Beyond Repair
Lance knows that he's annoying. He knows that he's a flirt, and that his jokes are always terrible. That's why the kidnapping by the Galra fleet, didn't bother him all that much. His team would just be better off without him getting in the way of everything. He just slowed them down. The Galra need information. Every blow they shot at the paladins of Voltron, didn't seem to do much. The capture of the Blue Lion and its rider was what they needed to find out how to win against the pesky earthlings. Keith, Hunk, Pidge, Shiro, Coran, and Allura are worried. With Keith stressing himself out over the wellbeing of his kidnapped friend, and Pidge looking all over for said friend, the paladins of Voltron are not on their best.
