Causing Chuuya to test how long it will take for him to have enough of Dazai and his trouble filled life. Though despite what he says, he secretly loves the trouble Dazai brings. The trouble that makes him feel human. Dazai has been a resident of this "school" for well over a year and he's got quite the reputation amongst the other "students". Chuuya was sent to this facility after being kicked out of one of the many foster homes he's been into.
