Back stories of and Non canon stories about my dnd characters, mainly stories set in the past before they started adventuring with their party

I only own my oc's: Umbra, Shade, and Rose. Every other character mentioned belong to their respective owners just as the forgotten realms setting and the settings within it belong to wizards of the coast.

Crown Princess Leonore, heir to the queendom of Dranath, likes women, obviously. The Queen Mother Carmilla marries her off to Sir Gabriel, obviously. So when she finds out Sir Gabriel is a woman... Dranath; queendom of mystique, bordered by jealous allies. To the southwest, the states of Aurune. East is the coast and the maritime poleis of Raham. To the north, the Hierstag clans. Rich in land and crop and poor in everything else, the queendom is closed in from all fronts. And when the sword of years-long grudges is brought to bear, who will play it to the hilt? ------------------------------ i wanted to say that this book is my love letter to imperialism, but it's actually lovingly crafted hatemail non-anonymously submitted to imperialism's tumblr asks. the narrative does get darker as it goes on. this is an exploration of how much suffering one can propagate in order to achieve one's goal, and the degree in which your decisions can be justified (even only to yourself!) before you become, essentially, irredeemable; an exercise in Is It Worth It Though yeah there's magic(k) in this one. and a lot of geopolitics! might have gotten carried away with the geopolitics. come for the gay, stay for the political machinations. or come for the political machinations and stay for the gay, i dont mind. 3rd person pov, leonore-centric, no homophobia (at least, not the kind we usually see), i want to say butch/femme but honestly it's butch gabriel/whatever the hell leonore is. folk anti-hero narrative or villain origin story, you decide

(On hiatus) WARNING: Mature themes/scenes be present. My story is ONLY available on W A T T P A D, if you're reading this on ANY other website but here, then DO NOT READ IT BECAUSE IT IS A STOLEN COPY!!! This is a WIP, it's not quite finished, this note will be removed when story is complete!* Druthza is a simple Argonian from Black Marsh, her childhood spent learning all about her race's history, their relationships with the other races of Tamriel... and the Dovah. She had a somewhat unhealthy obsession surrounding the dragons, almost every waking moment she would study all she could on them, learning their language and dreaming of seeing a dragon for herself. But, there were no more dragons... or were there? After crossing the border into Skyrim from Cyrodiil, Druthza is captured alongside a few Stormcloaks and shipped off to Helgen, her fate destined to be sealed via the chopping block. Abruptly, her world is turned on its head as she was soon able to escape Helgen after Alduin, the World Eater himself, attacks the village, bringing it to its knees. Soon, Druthza is in for the journey of a lifetime as she quickly discovers who she really is: the Dragonborn, slayer of the World Eater, killer of dragons... but she can't bring herself to accept that job, she would never hurt a Dovah. Will Druthza fulfill her fate the way she desires? Or will the perils of being a Dragonborn take her life instead? ___________________________________ Copyright© 2025- You are NOT allowed, under any circumstances, to post this anywhere else without my express permission. ⚠️Warning ⚠️ This story contains sexual themes & scenes, physical abuse, verbal & psychological abuse, references to sexual assault, alcoholism, drug abuse, and strong language. Read at your own risk. Viewer discretion is advised. Singer & guitar player, Damien Rifter, is playing a sold out show with his up-and-coming band, Loveless, at the hottest club in the Lust Ring. One of the male pole dancers at the venue catches his eye during the concert. Upon getting to know the dancer, he learns his new love interest is mixed up with a certain purple moth overlord and drama ensues. I suck at summaries. *Damien is 25 & Hell-born; Landry is 23 & a sinner* *Sinners can travel through all Rings of Hell in my story* This story will be HEAVY fluff, angst, hurt/comfort, and smut so if that is not your thing, kindly move along. This story is mostly one of self-indulgence since I have been obsessing over Hazbin/Helluva side characters lately. I am aware the incubus from Helluva for Damien has a canon name and is part of Verosika's crew. I am simply changing his name and giving him my own backstory. Same with the bunny demon from the Poison music video for Landry. Vivziepop owns all rights to Hazbin/Helluva characters, including their inspiration artwork. Loveless is a real band that everyone should check out--they own all rights to song lyrics used in this story. I just liked the name of the band and the lyrics to their song for the sake of story telling.
