Has anyone ever told you to "learn get in touch with the silence within yourself"? At the moment I'll say that's accurate. Many would agree with it: people with the deepest secrets to tell or even hide. For me, however, it meant something extremely different. Silence consumed my whole life; it contained a series of feelings and things I could not express. My silence is a prison I can't seem to escape.
