Two brothers, who are biologically related, are treated very differently by their parents.
Despite numerous medical reports that show they are capable of bearing children, Mr. and Mrs. Dew waited 15 years before having children. They believed strongly in astrology, not in any particular religion.
One of the many fortune tellers they met told them that they would have a son who would be great and one day would have the whole world in his hands.
Two years after the prophecy, Mrs. Dew gave birth to a baby boy, Jack. He wasn't as the prophecy had foretold, and they believed that Jack had brought only bad luck and poverty to the family.
Two years later, Mrs. Dew gave birth to another son, Marcel. He was seen as the Chosen One, and the family believed he would bring good fortune.
As Jack grew up, he became interested in science, while Marcel became a tyrant at school.
Jack had a crush on a girl in his class, but his insecurity prevented him from telling her how he felt. He kept his feelings a secret, watching her date his brother, Marcel, and feeling increasingly jealous.
As his jealousy grew, Jack became consumed with the idea of controlling the world around him. He started to lose sight of what was important, and his actions began to have unintended consequences.
Jack's obsession with control started to take a dark turn, as he began to see himself as a god-like figure. He started to think that his actions didn't have consequences, and he started to lose touch with reality.
Marcel, on the other hand, was completely unaware of Jack's growing obsession. He continued to date Sheila, completely oblivious to the turmoil his brother was going through. But as Jack's behavior became more erratic, it started to affect those around him.
One day, Jack's obsession escalated to a dangerous level, and the consequences were disastrous.
