Why did you make me sign such a contract." I asked, furiously. He looked up from his laptop and smirked looking at me. "As far as I remember, I didn't make you sign the contract, did I? You signed it on your own If I am not wrong. It is entirely your fault if you signed it without reading the documents properly. The first rule in the business is, Never sign any papers without reading them properly." he said looking at me with his evil smirk. "I deny to follow that contract." I said, challenging him. "It's Mr. Collins for you, Ms. Milburn. I hope you have learnt the basic etiquette and know what professionalism means or else your business degree is of no use." he said, sternly. "I hate you!" I said, furiously. "Now if you are done wasting my time then go and bring me my cup of coffee. No sugar. Now out!" he said as he concentrated on his laptop. I walked out of his company, helpless. A man stormed in with a gun. She was shot. She lived, but the part of her that trusted life didn't. After that, she became careful. She avoided crowds. Sudden movements made her freeze. She spent more time alone because it felt easier than being around people who didn't understand what had happened to her. Life became smaller, but it felt safer that way. Then one night, someone came for her. He took her from her bed without explaining who he was. He kept her moving, kept her close, and kept his distance at the same time. A man who lived by rules she didn't understand and fear she couldn't escape. Everything about him screamed danger, yet he never touched her without reason. Never spoke more than necessary. He lived for one person only. Everything he did was for his brother. His brother had lost an eye years ago because of him, and he treated that loss like something he could never make right. He followed his brother's orders without thinking about the consequences. When his brother wanted something, he made it happen. Eliza asked questions. Tried to understand what she had been pulled into. The man who kidnapped her protected her but never from the truth. In the silence he left behind, she started filling in the gaps herself. She told herself he wouldn't protect her if she didn't matter. She told herself that the way he stayed close meant something. When she finally learns the reason she was taken, it doesn't come gently. It strips away everything she believed and leaves her facing the fact that she was never chosen. She was a promise. A problem someone else decided to solve. Two brothers want different things from her. One wants to own her. One never planned to keep her. Around them is a world where violence is normal, where people disappear without anyone asking questions, and where some men hunt for reasons that have nothing to do with survival. This is not a story about being saved.

"Your body speaks louder than your words,"- he said adamantly. "Your beautiful face is trying to hide emotions, but your eyes are giving you away." He got even closer. "I know you feel it too," - his voice was getting barely audible, "But there's a war going on in your heart and in your head." ______________________________________ "I'll take care of everything, and you just be with me,"- he said in a whisper ______________________________________ "You're very beautiful," - Arthur said, and after a moment added, "I wish you could see yourself the way I see you." ______________________________________ "Don't you see? I always choose you. You're even more important to me than I am to myself," - he said. ______________________________________ The unexpected meeting of two people who once loved each other is fatal. It will definitely revive the old feeling, that seemed to have passed a long time ago. It turned the lives of the characters upside down, making it even more painful. But everything changes instantly when, thirteen years later, he accidentally meets his first and only love again, which he so stupidly lost. Kornelia Harris is smart, beautiful and intelligent. She always dreamed of doing art. Now her wish has come true, because she is going to marry the most influential person in this area. These people seemed to be living their best lives. They were rich, successful, and had achieved what they had always dreamed about. But a chance meeting from the past gave them an opportunity to fix past mistakes. Are they ready to sacrifice everything for love?
