Royal AU/Fantasy AU

"Nature always finds a way to ensure balance. But it might not be achieved in the way you think- or want."

George, a prince, who's destined to inherit the throne but couldn't be anymore opposed to the idea. Especially since he carries on detrimental secret.

Then one night he's told to flee if he wishes to live. Reason? Unknown.

After being chased through darkness, George soon finds himself amongst an (literally) underground society that despises the reign more than anything. 

Keeping his real identity hidden and pretending to be just another nobody, he's introduced to a world that's vastly different from his former life in the kingdom. Secrets are revealed and he's shown a completely new side to life that makes him question everything he's ever known.

George's new situation is in his eyes close to perfection. Finally, he's found the place where he was always meant to be. But there's one problem, or rather a person, that refuses to accept George as a new member no matter how hard he tries. And how long can a runaway prince pretend to be something he's not before the truth is exposed?

They cannot even know the names of each other, their faces disguised by their magical jewels. Dream is a flirty, cocky and impulsive hero with a sword and a smirk, never failing to cast witty and flirty remarks at his partner. GNotFound is clever and calculated, and can't stand being near the flirty masked hero. Exams, friend groups, crushes, fights and prom should be their main stressors. But George and Clay barely have time to sleep, let alone focus on anything else. None of that stops George from crushing hard on his classmate, but Clay's heart seems to be somewhere else. Perhaps with a certain masked hero he secretly spends nearly every day with. Neither can escape the responsibilities on their shoulders, and they can't tell anyone their problems. band au. dreamnotfound + others. dream struggles with everything imaginable as a boy named george walks into his life and fixes all his problems. though it doesn't last long as dream's financial troubles and eating habits seem the least of his worries when family matters taint his life in the worst ways possible. george tries desperately to help, but how can you help someone who's been through that much? a/n: i wrote half of this story before all the allegations against wilbur, so he is in the first half before i taper him out and i'm sorry if you dislike him but it'd be difficult to remove him. this book has some very heavy themes and scenes that go into detail. i don't recommend reading if you're below 18 and beg of you please do not venture further out of curiosity if you're under 15. important (spoiler): i am in no way romanticising rape. it is absolutely disgusting and pride robbing and should have never even been a thought someone ever had. if someone doesn't say yes, it's a no. get that in your head. i understand how weird it is to write a book on rape about a content creator, but it's the only way i stay motivated and keep track of all the people in the storyline. if anybody mentioned in the story would like me to remove them, i of course will. (bigger spoiler): if any relatives are uncomfortable being the villains, i will of course change it or remove them, i just think it makes for a better plot twist. i love what we've seen of dream's irl family and this is a FAKE STORY.
