Acrineville is a small town nestled deep down in the mountains, but like every small town it has its own dark secrets.
Unaware of this, Frank and his mother move in to the peaceful countryside, but his life becomes nothing more but horrible when he is ostracized because of his personality and his only friend, Gerard, the son of the local gravedigger.
His situation only gets worse by the fact that Frank's fellow students are the victims of a serial killer.
All clues lead to a girl named Emily, who bears an eerie resemblance to Frank.
Will Frank be able to shed light on all the secrets of the town before he too dies?
