Gally is the first one to reach the box when is comes up, the alarm having gone off as usual. It's supply day so all the Gladers have been milling around close by, anxious to meet the new Greenie, and they make their way out towards it, crowding steadily around. When Gally crouches down to open the hatch, the sight they're greeted with is an unexpected one.
First of all, he's tiny-like, weirdly, concernedly small. He looks younger than even Chuck, who's fifteen. Secondly, he's a she. And ain't that something-there's a girl in the box!
Which leases us to-"...what the fuck?!"
