Finney Blake grew up in a religious household, he was always good. He was told to always be good, so that's what he did, he would always be good, and he never fought back. He just stood there and took it. But, Finney struggled with self-harm, no one in his family knew that as they would shout at him.

He wanted to pretend to be good, which is why every night he would beg at the end on his bed, praying that he was still good, even with the sacres that littered his arms and his brain. Praying to be normal, his sister Gwen can hear all of this and feels her heartbreak as Finney's sobbed prayers.
